Our curriculum in fourth grade is focused on Utah. We learned about rocks and the unique rocks we see in southern Utah. We then used our oil pastels to recreate pictures of southern Utah landscapes. They came up with some amazing results!!
In third grade we are studying habitats and environments. We learned about a big animal that lives in the Savannah. We looked at pictures of Elephants and created the fun color and texture combo using a marker and a wet paintbrush! They turned out awesome!
We are learning about Symmetry in math in third grade. We created masks that were symmetrical, after the style of many masks that we looked at from around the world. These masks are great!
