Our third grade students learned how to draw hippos. They did a fantastic job! Hippos live in rivers such as the Nile, and we have been learning about different rivers in our social studies classes. Great job third grade!
For the Egyptian unit that our sixth grade just learned about, we did some fun Egyptian portraits on gold scratch board. Come see the bulletin board in the art room!
Our Fourth grade students have been learning about the different environmental regions of Utah. We learned about the Great Basin collared lizard and painted it in its natural environment. Great job fourth grade!
In Fourth grade last week we studied a painting by Norwegian artist Edvard Munch called The Scream. We had a great time making our own versions of the scream!
