Fraction Art

In fourth grade we did fraction art as we practiced dividing circles up into various fractions.

Fourth Grade Tessellations

In fourth grade we learned about M.C. Escher, a famous artist who worked with tessellations. We created our own tessellations using a special technique and we created fun creatures out of the negative spaces.

2nd grade Lady Liberty

Second grade is learning about emmigration, and we learned a few interesting facts about the Statue of Liberty. We then used our cropping skills to focus in on our favorite features of Lady Liberty.

3rd Grade Furry Friends

In third grade we are learning about habitats. We made some furry mammal friends in their own habitats.
